CANCELLATIONS

As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policies are as follows:

  • We require a deposit equal to one night’s stay that will be charged to your credit card upon booking, the deposit is non-refundable
  • If you would prefer, you can make a deposit or bank transfer for the equivalent to one night’s room charge and send us a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt within 5 days of making the reservation
  • We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or notification of payment within 5 days
  • During peak periods, the deposit will be equal to 50% of the reserved stay
  • More than 30 days’ notice – full refund less $25.00 administration fee
  • 14 days or less notice – loss of deposit
  • Cancellations 24 hours or less before your reservation, must pay 100% of the nights reserved

COVID-19 RISK FREE CANCELLATIONS

In the case that government regulations related to COVID-19 restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, we will reimburse 100% of your deposit

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All rates are subject to 10% ITBMS
  • Rates are based on double occupancy
  • There is a two-night minimum stay for all holiday periods

WE ARE A PET-FRIENDLY HOTEL:

  • There is an additional charge of $25.00 + tax per pet per day
  • Pets cannot be left unattended in guestrooms
  • Pets must be leashed while on the hotel property
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets
  • Additional fees may apply if the damage is found in the room upon check out
  • Service pets may accompany guests with disabilities

Please understand that should your pet disturb other hotel guests; the hotel will have no other choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet
